We started from a simple but bold idea: to bring to Sorso something that wasn't there before.
A deep love for grilled meat and a boundless curiosity for the flavors of the world.

We chose an ancient farmhouse in the historic center, carefully restoring it to create a welcoming and elegant setting. Within these old walls, however, you won't find local tradition—you'll find our vision of a steakhouse.

Every cut of meat is grilled with respect and passion.
Every sauce comes from a different corner of the planet, from Asia to South America and beyond.
